Welcome to DM Empower Coaching for Women. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our coaching is focused on supporting women through life transitions with clarity, direction, and action.
2. Coaching Services
We provide 1:1 empowerment coaching and transition support worldwide. Our services are designed to help you reclaim your voice and lead with confidence. Sessions are conducted virtually and are subject to availability as listed on our booking platform. Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment and do not replace licensed mental health care.
3. No Guarantees
While coaching is a powerful tool for personal growth, DM Empower Coaching for Women makes no guarantees regarding specific life outcomes or timelines for success. Your progress depends on your own commitment, effort, and individual circumstances.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions. Success in coaching requires open communication, honesty, and a willingness to engage in the process. You agree to show up for scheduled sessions focused and ready to participate.
5. Payments & Cancellations
All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee. All payments are final. No refunds are provided for completed or scheduled sessions.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
Your privacy is of the utmost importance. We respect your privacy and handle your information with care. However, coaching services are not legally confidential in the same way as therapy, counseling or medical services. Information shared during coaching sessions may be disclosed if required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DM Empower Coaching for Women shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or your use of this website.
